Attended a wedding January 5th during a severe Northern California Storm... The Management (new manager) and staff were caring for several familys displaced from their homes by the storm... Their needs were being meet in a professional, competent manner... Those displaced were being provided accomodations at a substantial reduced rate showing true concern for the plight of the local residents of the community... Our stay was a pleasurable event and our accomodations could not have been better...

Management lies despite written agreement to pay for damages

About a half hour after arriving at this hotel, the front desk called to notify me that my brand new vehicle had been damaged in their lot. I went outside and with the manager immediately determined that a fault in the parking lot had caused it to give way. The manager agreed that the hotel was responsible for the damage and even signed a document to that effect. Today it has been 90 days and despite many calls and letters, I am still waiting for the $1,141 that they owe me and that they promised they would pay me. The manager is always out when I call and he is ignoring my emails.



This week I contacted the franchise company hoping that they will follow up with the hotel. Life happens and I can understand that things will happen, but when someone makes a promise and then decides to not follow through, they are NOT doing the right thing.
