I have followed Kay Barnes around for 30 years through three styling salons since she is absolutely the best stylist I have ever used. Everyone at Off the Top is trained, experienced, and well-qualified to offer you the benefit of their years of training and experience. Although I don't expect Kay to change locations again.....I will follow her if she does.
