Dr Lisa is amazing, She listens and talks with you. She doesn't rush thru the appointment. Going over is gonna happen

The office is very nice. The reception staff is friendly.

Nurse Practitioner Suddreth is absolutely amazing. She does not rush through the appointment With her you are apart of the care team. Other Mental Health Clinicians (doctors in the area) just dump you on an SSRI and see you next month. I call it "The Hundred dollar handshake" . With Lisa you are involved in your care and she remembers things we have talked about months ago. I've made more progress with Lisa than I have in years.

Kari-Ann the counselor is amazing also. She gives coping skills and breathing techniques. She listens really well and gives excellent constructive feedback.

From time to time I have had to wait 45 mins too see Lisa. She takes the time she needs with the patient so going over her schedule is inevitable.

Scheduling an appointment can be kind hard because they have a high patient volume.

An extreme lack of communication between staff and to clients. Problems with appointments, no concern or communication with follow up appointments on previous issues that were their responsibility. Counselor was weak on true concerns regarding clients health and their extremely important needs. When you truly need help and your feel as you are nothing to them. As a community we deserve much better care for the help they promise. We are just a pay check for them.
