Had Carlos and Chris clean my carpets and area rugs.
They arrived on time and called me before hand. I am happy that my carpets look brand new! I will definitely call them back.

First time using them. The technicians were very kind and professional. I gave 4 stars for two reasons. First being I scheduled them to be here and they didn't get here until after the scheduled time which threw off my plans a little. Second because the floors are a bit too damp for my taste but overall I am very pleased with service and will use them again in the future. Thanks guys.

Just had the carpets cleaned today. My older mother was here when they came. The quoted price for 4 rooms and a hall of $149.00 became $274.00 under their clever expertise and a magical room appeared from nowhere. How nice I always wanted more space.



Why do people constantly take advantage of the elderly. I specifically said on the phone I wanted nothing else done. The woman who set it up even asked if I wanted a deodarant and I said no but the get here and asked her again and tada, deodarant. Just goes to prove again and again and again, you must be home when service people come or they will rip you off. How sad.



You can be sure I will NEVER use these people again. I should have checked the other reviews before calling them. Next time, I WILL DO MY HOMEWORK.

Never again. 1st time using them and I was wondering as to who came up with those commercials on how their employees are clean and WHAT a great job they do. One word, HORRIBLE. They were kids, rushed the whole job, missed area's and then told me that they can do my carpets for 1/2 the price on their own time using the company's equipment. I did not call them back at first because I figured I would take them up on their offer to do my carpets off duty. When I called for a Sat. appt, they never showed up or even a call.

Stanley Steamer definetly does NOT check out their employees. I found out some interesting facts about these boys.
