I lived in Gate City for years and worked in Gate City even longer (still work there). I've never had a problem with this location. The food is always great and the people are always friendly - love it!

My husband and I have eaten here a few times and the service is never good. The food is low quality and costs way too much for what you get. Anytime we have been there not only has the service been bad but the management has been terrible as well. Theres loud yelling coming from the kitchen and no one seems to care that customers can hear every word they are saying back there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bad service, expensive poor quality food, on-line menu inconsistent with in-store menu, wrong pizza the past 3 times ordering/dining in. I will NEVER eat there again!
