My name is Carol Hill I rented a apartment in August of 2006. I have no complance about the apartment My stay there was very pleasant. I would recommed the apartments everyone. The reason I am writing to you is the Security System that you are using to me are a rip off. When I moved in I was not informed of a five year contract, nor did the company tell me this when they came to hook up the system. I moved out August of 2010. I call the company to let them know I was moving. Enyway to make this short, I was them told by Security Networks that I was breaking the contract I signed. They don't have a contract I signed, but I was told by Julian Vazquez (customer relationsadvocate of Security Networks that just because I did'nt sign a contract I was stil liable. I went back to the apartments and talk to the Manger about this, I was told they have had conplaints about the alarm system from other people. I was advise by Mangerment to report them to BETTER BUSINESS BREAU. witch I did. Be aware
