Been staying in Gatlinburg for more the 40 years and this place provided the worst experience in all those years. The a/c didn't work and we informed them the 1st day. After explaining how much it would cost to have it checked on a Sunday and asking if I was sure there was a problem they reluctantly agreed to have it checked. No one ever showed. Had to clean the grill and add water to the hot-tub before use. Fans were nasty and windows had no screens, but had to utilize both to cool it down - dust in the air and bugs. Also killed about 50 bee's in the front bedroom. The worst of it - the attitude and sarcasm we got at check-out when we brought these issues up. That's all we got - no apology, no credit, no discouny....NOTHING. Never using these people agos

I went to A Big Chalet and found that their places were filthy, the water didn't work, and it smelled like mildew. I immediately told them I was leaving ance called Ski Mountain. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I have never seen such gorgeous views and the service was impecable. Thanks for saving our vacation Ski Mountain!
