Provided by YPmobileWe love TGI'S, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. The breadsticks were cold, the fries were old, like they have been sitting under a warmer for hours. The tomatoe I had on my chicken sandwich was hard and unriped. I hate to complain, but it was 6:00 on a Friday night, not busy at all, no excuse for them not to have it together.
