We have had several landlords and they come in with promises, but after a month all changes but the new landlord Ms Deneen and office manager Brandy seems to b the real deal. I have seen more work done in the last couple of months than the last 4 years. They have cleaned this property so much. They have get togethers for the tenants. They are approachable, friendly, and genuinely care about people. If they can't bring it back to 5* it CAN'T b done . I can honestly say I am here cause I want to be

Very down to earth and considerate property managers. Kid and pet friendly. Also very conveniently located near grocery stores, fast food/restaurants, pharmacies, MGCCC, auto parts, and convenient stores

I lived here four years and I can honestly say that I would highly recommend this place. The management is very respectful and caring for their tenants. It's a family community. The maintenance team is very professional. There was a community event this past weekend and it was fabulous. If you looking for a safe a family community this is the place.

This place is perfect. Swimming pool, fitness room, barbeque area, washer/dryer facility, and close to many stores and restaurants. Great manager with a maintenance staff that gets things done fast. They always friendly and go out of their way to help you. Could not find a better place to live.

A quiet community, friendly neighbors, nice management and maintenance guys. A good place to live. I love it here.

I have lived here with my family for about a year now. We have been through many many managers since. We have gotten to know the leasing agent for a year now love her and her family. The new manager and maintenance crew sing to know what they're doing you have a problem they come by and fix it. I always see the leasing agent outside on the grounds making it nicer, mowing the grass weed eating picking up garbage Etc. Have had a little bit of snags but I think they're getting on the right track. And yes we did renew our lease for another year.

Lived here since may 2016 I am very pleased with our apartment ,management is very friendly and I would highly recommend singing river apts.

I lived here since February of this year. I'm not satisfied with the amount of managers that we have been through. I'm not satisfied with the way my back yard looks. But I am thankful that management, leasing agent, and maintenance crew are diligently working to make Singing River Apartments a better place to live.

I have lived here roughly 6 years. I personally was not going to renew my lease this year because of management and maintenance team. We have went through a few managers since last year i felt like i could not trust this place anymore.. I went to the office to pay my rent and met the new manager and also met the leasing agent, they are both really sweet and reassured me everything is going to be ok. A couple days ago as i was taking a walk i seen the leasing lady out side mowing the grass and seen the manager picking up trash and talking to residents this to me personally reassures me these lady's will do anything for us tenants!!! And to me that means alot! Who ever Owens this property i just want to say thank you for sending these ladies to us and i really hope they are here to stay!!

This is Bob the Plumber. Singing River Apartments has not paid me for 2 plumbing jobs and said they don't intend to pay me.
That should tell you something.

I gave this review one star because there wasn't an option for 0. Lived there for a year in 2012 and only that long because I couldn't get out of the lease. Moldy windows, rude management, old buildings. The a/c barely works; it never gets below 85 in the summer. And with the thin walls you can hear all noise from outside, including private conversations.

Been here since 2013 but my husband has been here since 2008. The new manager Jen has bettered its atmosphere completely. Back in 08 this place was a breeding ground for drug dealers. There is now security here all the time and night time here is very quite. I feel pretty much safe. The kid zone is a small jungle gym with a pair of swings not bad I see kids enjoy it everyday along with some pasture were they play ball. Although the atmosphere is great the buildings are really old. They have a crew here working all around on the plants and giving the outside an uplift but I really think they should have invested more on the insides of the Apartments. They have done some maintenance on the rooms but it def NOT remodeled. The kitchen counter tops are ugly and outdated along with the bathroom. There is def an issue with mold. We had an issue with the air conditioner breaker which they worked on right away. There is so much I could say but all in all I don't regret staying here. We pay 500 for 1 bedroom water included. Its close to the shopping mall grocery store and gas station Walgreens which I love. If I moved out I don't think I will ever come back unless they REALLY remodeled the insides. But its something cheap while we find somewhere real to live.
