Provided by YP.comI went in a couple days ago and saw the shop was under new management. Everything was remodeled, so beautiful and new. They got new pedicure chairs and new tables. New owners were so friendly and professional. I got a pedicure and full set with shellac. Pedicure was great and my nails look so amazing. I love the place will definitely becoming a regular now.

Provided by YP.comI've been getting my nails done for years and and have never had such a bad experience.
My experience started with 15 minutes of chinese music blaring in the background, the woman's (Kim) husband decided to turn it way up when he walked in. I didn't want to say anything and offend them so I just kept glancing at the cd player until I think she got the hint and turn it down. When she started doing my nails I explained to her that I have a very sensitive nail bed and asked her not to grind hard with the drill bc it leaves deep red marks/lines in my nail bed but she proceeded to anyways, hitting the skin around 5 of my fingers, she hit one finger 3 times in the same spot each and time I was yanking my hand away saying OW and she kept going, no apology. She didn't ask me how I liked the shape of my nail and just filed them round, not to mention they were completely uneven (length wise and the surface of them). She painted my french manicure on with white nail art paint (not actual polish) which made them look thick and chunky and to top it off she used 2 different clear coats that were very thick and gooey and my nails bubbled like crazy. When I left I just gritted my teeth, paid her for her service & tipped her and just decided I would never go there again. Over the next two days I had two nails chip bc she filed them down too low in certain spots, my fingers/cuticles scabbed so I could see everywhere that she really hit them and you could tell all around the cuticle where she didn't even finish sanding down the acrylic to make it look natural, it was all ridgy and looked horrible. I decided to go back and talk to the woman and see if I could get a refund, something I had never done before, but I was so unhappy I just couldn't stomach paying $30.00 for something that looked this bad. When I walked in she had 3 other customers so I felt horrible approaching her. I asked her if I could have a word with her for a minute and she didn't understand me, she thought I wanted another service and asked if I would wait a few minutes, which I agreed to do. When I finally got her to understand I just wanted to TALK with her, she told me I'd have to wait 30 minutes and I kindly told her no, that I wasn't willing to wait that long and I needed to speak with her now. When she came over and I explained my problems with her she looked at me and laughed and then walked away. I was floored. I couldn't believe I was being disrespected, I was being nothing but nice, I even felt BAD about asking for my money back even though I completely deserved it, and told her she could keep the tip I gave her and I would just like a refund on the services performed. So I argued my case with the woman. She then decided to tell me that she would give me my money back but she had to cut my nails off first bc they were HER nails. Again, I was shocked. I at this time explained to her that I had acrylic nails on before I came to her salon and that all she did was a fill for me and a polish, so if she wanted to take off the polish she was more then welcome to because it looked horrible anyways. She decided against this, and finally after 10 minutues of arguing handed me back my $30.00 and I looked at the women sitting there and apoligized for the scene and walked out.
My husband and I own two businesses, customer service is HUGE and I can't believe that instead of being concerned with my happiness or even what the customers that were in the store must think of their service now, they wanted to argue with me and laugh at me. I can honestly say I have never had such a horrible job done to my nails and never have I ever returned to a nail place with even a problem with one nail, let alone all of them, and been treated so poorly. I wouldn't return to that nail salon if it was the last one in the state and someone was paying me to get them done there. NO WAY! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!
