The State University of New York at Geneseo offers a range of educational opportunities to students. It provides programs in history, geography, philosophy, psychology, sociology, chemistry, communication and foreign languages. The University s Milne Library has a selection of books and reference materials. The State University of New York at Geneseo maintains anthropology, computer science, English and geochemistry departments. It also offers a variety of athletic activities, such as basketball, cross-country, soccer, swimming, tennis and volleyball. The University has math and writing learning centers. The State University of New York at Geneseo administers the English for Speakers of Other Languages program. In addition, the University operates School of the Arts.
