I had a great experience at Bicycle Heaven, and contrary to the review below I found the owner (Ara) to be very helpful and honest. I didn't end up buying a new bike because they told me it would be more economical to fix my old one! I will be back in the future to purchase my next set of wheels.

Bicycle Heaven’s Owner Ara is extraordinarily unprofessional, provides atrocious customer service and will disrespect you without hesitation. I had never been bullied/treated with such disrespect before entering his shop. I purchased a bike for my wife and a bike for my daughter. My wife wanted a women’s 29er which they claimed was not available in the line they carry. After being reassured that the men’s bike she purchased was a great choice, a five minute web search proved otherwise. I guess that’s what I get for not doing my homework first and trusting that they were actually familiar with their product line. When I attempted to return the two bikes which were BRAND NEW and un-ridden is when his unprofessionalism shined through. I was charged an arbitrary restocking fee since they do not have a return policy in writing and forced into settling. I will never recommend them or even contemplate bringing my business there again.
