Great services, they have been doing all my tailoring for years.

I was a loyal customer to this place for two years and would take things in for cleaning/ tailor services. I brought in a baby blanket made by a family member, 2 weeks before my due date. All I needed was one straight stitch. When I came 3 days after it was supposed to be done, it was sitting (uncovered) on a rack, untouched. I was not happy but asked that a cleaning be done free of charge for me having to drive out 10 miles again when I am so pregnant and for them letting it collect dust. They agreed and said they would call me. They didn't and when I called 12 days after the original ticket date I was treated rudely on the phone. I said that it would be my 3rd time driving out and that I think a discount, no matter how big, was in order. They told me a free $35 cleaning was good enough. Since when does it ghost $35 to clean a 3 ft. By 3 ft. Blanket? I said, "Fine, I will pay the original $12 for the stitch but that they lost me as a customer." They said, "Ok" and hung up.
