I’ve been going here for years. I had an appointment today that was confirmed via email. Upon arriving, I was told that an employee called in sick and they could not honor my appointment. I was told that they called me and left several messages. That is a lie. I confirmed the number called and never received a single call or message. Extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately, leaving for vacation and can’t reschedule for later.

I will never be back to European Wax, not because of a scheduling problem, but because they NEVER called and lied about it.
