Provided by YP.comDr. Mullick is an excellent doctor with great follow through. His office always returns my calls within reasonable times or I get a follow up appointment within a few days. I have had a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis for years. My family members have as well. We all see Dr. Mullick. He has placed us on steroids that have helped us all. He recommends patients to come back to the office for follow ups. Medicines may have side effects, but his care is excellent. He can only do the best the medicines allow him. Many of my friends have seen him as well. In the Chicago area, he has become a top doctor and a top doctor for ulcerative colitis. A few years back he was the co-chair of the CCFA's largest course. I saw his lecture. Main reason I see him though is that he cares. He gives his heart and soul to you and brings cutting edge therapies. The five family members and six friends all highly recommend him

Provided by YP.comTwo years ago I went to Dr. Mullick and had a colonoscopy. At the time I was having a
severe flareup. He said my ulcerative colitis had advanced and put me on steroids.
I kept bleeding and he just kept increasing my steroids and also said that he would
possibly have to put me on a more potent medicine. In the meantime I kept bleeding and ended up in the hospital in my town of Crown Point, In. with a blood clot and spent ten
days in the hospital. I finally went to Univ. of Chicago and had wonderful treatment by
Dr. Laura Harrell who is now practicing at Mayo Clinic.
I hadn't heard from Dr. Mullick for two years and just recently got a notice that it was
time for me to have an evaluation visit. I would certainly not recommend him to anyone. I was so seriously ill that I could have died and he wouldn't have even known.
Had many complications from the steroids he prescribed and I could go on and on.
The only way I was able to give this review is because I gave my mothers maiden
name. In giving my name Tillie Bryan, I couldn't post this review.

Provided by YP.comSaved my life 2 years ago.Went to ER Doctor in a top univ.hospital on Saturday--who said that my vomitting was due to an obstruction -come back on Monday to see a ERCP dpecialists. Called Dr.Mullick who agreed to do ERCP on Saturday evening--but he did tests-which revealed an infection was causing vomitting and it had already affected liver etc.He called in an infectious disease specialist immediately as he thought it was urgent. Later on Sunday he called in 2 other specialists as my breathing problem worsened. No ERCP was needed--he did not charge me much and came 3 times to see the progress.
I am impressed with his diagnostic ability--he did not accept ER Doctor's diagnosis .I highly recommend him.
