Wackenhut appraised a property I am purchasing for $20K less than the purchase price. In doing so, he listed the main level of the home as a partial basement, despite all four walls and doors being above grade. This ultimately reduced the gross living area of the home by more than 25%. I am now appealing the appraisal with the lender.
