My name is Susan Miner. My boyfriend, Rob Warzala, and I took a motorcycle ride to Geneva from Oneida, NY to see the Extreme Makeover house. On the way back from that house we were going through downtown Geneva and our motorcycle quit running. Turns out the battery went completely dead. We left our motorcycle where it stopped and we walked about one mile to Advantage Auto Store on Exchange Street, Geneva. Charlie Phillips, the store manager, was super helpful to us. The store did not have a battery for our motorcycle, but Charlie called the Harley Davidson shop in Geneva, about 5-6 miles from the Advantage Auto Store, to see if they had a battery for our motorcycle. Luckily they did. Charlie didn't stop there in assisting us. He drove us to our motorcycle to get our old battery out and he then took us to the Harley Davidson shop so that we can get a new battery. Charlie then drove us back to our motorcycle and helped us put the new battery in. Thank you, Charlie , we appreciated it.
