Great Service!!! I would recommend to everyone!!!

The Sales person I spoke with didnt seem to know what he was talking about. However the men who worked on my house were very professional, and fast too! havent had any problems with my new system! I think this company gets a bad rap based mostly upon their sales people. Atleast the Workers who did my furnace were great!

Need a new furnace or air conditioning unit? Go somewhere else! Anywhere but Interstate, they are a perfect embodiment of the stereotypical service company who will nickel and dime you. They are shady and manipulative. The house I purchased in 2010 has a central air unit (Tappan brand) under a 10 year warranty, so this is the only company I can call for heating or air conditioning problems. I have to call them every summer and every winter over part failures. All problems have been due to part failure (covered by warranty), and yet somehow I have been stuck with over $1500 in misc. billsto Interstate.



Go. Somewhere. Else!

They are overpriced they do not know what they are doing they came to fix my furnace which I paid a lot for for less than a week later to have the furnace break again. This was a furnace they put in a few years before 3 years the most and have all these problems I would not recomend them at all !!!!!!
