2/16/2015 always liked the plaza,town and country on Hamilton st.[they changed the name[the Geneva centre] ,subtracted and added,moved around strores,but it's the same shopping area.the laundramat is the same!staples a nice store,the people who work there understand and speak English,anyhow.when you ask for something you get it!no runarounds or strict rules.the prices are reasonable and people friendly and helpful.k.mchale Geneva ny

I went to the Geneva Staples with my dad to get an office chair. We knew what chair we wanted, so we asked for it. An employee told us he could see if they had any left, so he checked the computer system. He said they didn't have any in the store, so he asked if we wanted to order them online, so we said sure. Then he says that the model is the LAST chair in the entire area, and he can't order them online because of that. My dad asks if we could buy the floor model for a discount, since it was slightly worn and broken. The guy says he'll go ask.

He was gone for 10 minutes before we finally see him... AT THE CASH REGISTER. He was supposed to simply see if we could buy the floor model, and he ended up abandoning us.

So as we approach him after he cashed out someone, another employee came up to us and asked if we needed any help. My dad told him that the first employee was checking to see if we could buy the floor model and Employee 2 says, "We don't sell floor models" and walked away.

Fed up with being ignored as customers, we left. I will NOT be going there again.

You guys treat the costermers so well, you help with every problem I always go there to get all my needs

The staff are knowledgable, professional and polite. I have been here several times and have always been treated well.
