A++ Tara H must drive for the compitation. Remember it was the 3rd of the month "busiest day of the month" and around that time its only 2 people working. Final thing Randy only controls his vans witch opeatete night's and weekends.

I literally called the taxi 50 times from 12-12:40 ONLY to either get Hung you on not answered or the line is busy..so I have been sitting where I'm at for almost a hour trying to get a 5 mins taxi ride home...I know for a fact Randy would not approve of this behavior

Great service! Good prices and It is amazing how helpful the drivers are! Unlike the hours listed above they are actually open 24 hours Friday's and Saturdays!

This is a great taxi service. I have used them several times and will continue to call them for service in the future.

I tried calling for 20 mins and got no answer.then when I did they said 15 mins or sooner then I'm waiting 30-40 mins and still no taxi. Then when I call to cancel they still haven't gotten there yet..and even when you make a time call they are still late.. definitely switching to Todd taxi.he's always on time no wonder he's getting all the other taxi's customers.

Clean, courteous, fast and affordable. Thank you for accommodating us quickly when our other option was unavailable. We have a new first choice now!

I am very disappointed that this taxi service would take advantage of people with a disability or any person for that matter on 2/26. A taxi was called than was cancelled but your taxi arrived at the destination the person was to arrive and collected $25.00 for services that were not rendered II would expect this money would be returned to that person that money is needed to get through the month they don't have extra I will not be recommending your services to people that are looking for a taxi and will follow up with the Better Business Bureau Not a good way to do business

I call multiple days for timed pick ups anywhere from 1-5 hours early and time and time again I am let down considerably, for 11pm pick up waiting outside in the cold till 11:45 constantly calling from 10:50 for my timed pick up and never shows, or they say they're around the corner then show up 20 minutes later, unacceptable. If it wasn't such an advanced call I can understand but also the amount of times I've been "forgotten" is too ridiculous to even fathom they're reliable. I have also started letting others know of the way below par services. Yet again I'm standing here and it's 11:25 and not once have they picked the phone up when I called today at 6pm for the timed pick up and again at 9pm to verify. Unacceptable. I can't imagine how many other people are let down and forgotten. You're better off walking home even if it is an hour hike because seems like you'd still be waiting for your "other taxi" to arrive.

I've had the driver Carl several times and he is great! Excellent cab service!

I have used this service and what I really like is that they are available at any hour while most in this area are not.
