Evgeni Kovachev, PASTOR, and his wife, Vanya are dishonest and not forthright. I was interested in buying a used 2009 Toyota Prius from them. He did not tell me that 3 of the 4 tires need to be replaced. He stated the vehicle is in very good condition or excellent when it is somewhere between good and very good. He lied to me about what was left on the loan. He was trying to make money off the deal. That is fine if he told me the true amount, but negotiation would have been different. He took advantage of me being nice. He would not even disclose that to me. He tried to tell me it was unethical. LOL, this Pastor has no idea what is fair, honest, or ethical.

I was an ordained minister for two years... I would feel bad if I ripped someone off or didn't tell them everything openly and honestly.
