Had an unfortunate accident with a new driver 2 weeks before moving across country. Fortune in Georgetown, KY got me in and out in two days and you can't tell where the damage was. Very friendly staff, kept within estimate, and I couldn't be happier!

My damaged car arrived at Fortune June 25. Many parts had to be ordered and I was told that it should be ready for pickup by July 22. On July 24, when my insurance stopped paying for the rental, I called to see if I could pick the car up. It was then that I was told that the dashboard was busted and that had to be replaced. July 30, I called to check on the car and learned that the part was on back order till mid August I asked for a loaner, which Fortune does not offer. My fee for the rental had reached $500 so I called my insurance company to see if I could drive my car back to Michigan and get the rest of it repaired at my dealership. After approval, I drove to Georgetown Aug 1, picked up the car and learned that the left strut mounts were shot. They said they would document this damage with my insurance company. It didn't happen. I just paid over $300 for the replacement of the strut mounts in addition to the rental expense. Think twice before taking your vehicle there if you have
