I have been a Goodwill shopper for many years. The Georgetown, Ky location used to be a great place to shop. They have gotten to where it looks like they just throw the items in bins or shelves. It's messy and unkept looking. It's not a pleasant experience at all.

My husband just took me to Indiana to the Goodwills located there. They are absolutely amazing! They have the feel of being in a retail store. They are immaculate with only nice, clean things available to purchase. There were probably 10 people working out on the main floor in each of them. I know they are not the same Goodwills as ours here in Kentucky, but, we could definitely learn something from them.
I wish we had the same standard that they do for their work environment as well as, for their shoppers.
