Had way too many issues. I would receive a "last" email that I had a few days to do something because they've apparently been emailing me and I haven't replied...when I asked about the previous emails, they said they have two programs sending emails out (?) and that's why. So, now I have barely any time to complete their registration. Then when I was trying to complete my application on-line and had difficulty, both an IT person and the recruiter told me it was probably my computer and I needed to find another one to use, such as the public library, instead of trying to offer assistance. However, my friend used the same computer and had no issues. Tired of being pushed off, I once again tried tech support where the person was able to help me. I asked how often do they get this issue called in for, and he said about 3-4 times a week. So, I am having difficulty understanding, and questioning why the first two people couldn't help?...and to make matters worse, it was not my computer, it was their software not being able to read copy and paste from a Word program. Simple enough I thought. So I fixed it and told them I think it was fixed when they contacted me (because at this point, I was asking for another recruiter to help since I was being brushed off), but I asked if they could double-check to see if they did get it, since they were still calling me about it, and weren't sure if I had resolved the issue. Their response was, "We'll call you if we don't have it". I'm in the mode of "forget it" now, because their treatment of me as an employee isn't going to be much better from what I can predict at this point. I don't know how to cooperate with a company like this. Dealing with this type of chaos or disorganization is frustrating, and only weakens the relationship between employer and employee. When I worked in HR, I had to know how to help people and I wasn't allowed to brush them off, and I did have to check on their information. There are people who are sometimes more than qualified for a job, and pushing them away b/c you feel that they are causing you "issues" that you don't want to deal with, is not appropriate or acceptable. Sometimes, those issues are justified and need to be resolved, not brushed off. I haven't complained to management, and while I considered it, I think this is more than enough. In my own professional working experience, I would have been talked to if I had treated someone this way, if not at least warned about my ethical behavior. I hate to say this, but they lack professionalism, tact, and accountability. I don't think working for them would be beneficial if they can't get it together, or treat people with courtesy and respect. I may be only one person from the looks of it, but I doubt it. I do understand Its not good to complain about a company if you're in dire need of employment. Its unfortunate is all I can say. My experience does count, and I found my experience to be less than satisfactory. I would have liked to have a decent chance as anyone else. Even after they called me again, at which time (only 10 minutes later) I returned their call which went to a generic office voice mail with no name. They did send me an email to register again, stating it is part 2, but they disabled it for me to try. Its only been two days since I received that email. I would say I'm sorry for writing this because I don't like confrontation, but I feel that others should be aware of how this company treats people. If perhaps they were more willing to help and not act like, "oh well, not our problem", then even if I wasn't able to get the position due to my lack of abilities, I would have at least thought it was fair for them to work with me. In their defense, perhaps they may have tried, but it was a weak effort to correct what had already happened, and left me in poor opinion of their actions.
