First of all you can't get a hold of them. I have been getting a busy signal right now for 3 hrs, no one stays on the phone 3 hrs. but that is minor.

I am going to file wrongful death suit against them. My son Clinton O'Brien went in around the Sept 16, 2014 and was issued his Certificate of completion on Oct 16, 2014 along with a letter to the Judge telling him how well he has done, how he has become a leader.. We found him dead on Nov.. 04. 2014. Dead just 12 day after Michael Morris MD I repeat MD said he had completed his abuse program. He was to stay a year if that's what it takes but said thirty days was enough, and now I have lost a son. THEY WILL PAY. PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR CHILD THEIR.

I had a wonderful experience with Recovery Works! For the first time in my years of using, I finally decided to reach out for help, and this place saved my life! The staff were great and understanding, they were really caring and helpful. The nurses and techs and counselors went above and beyond to help each and everyone of us. I read the horrible review about a guy who died a month after leaving R.W. and I only have this to say: I know when tragedy hits a family with addiction, it is hard not to want to find someone to blame. The drug and addiction is to blame, not the user or especially not the establishment who tried to help is to blame. Every place of business has good and bad people, regardless when the day comes to release someone, the judgement is made mainly under the insurance guidelines. The insurance companies restrict businesses in the amount of time and the amount of service they can provide for people, regardless of their needs.

yes i happened to have the honor to meet and get to know clinton myself. that absolutly devistated me when i got the news, lol after all he was the best roomate a fella could ask for lol, and i have him as well you all in my prayers every night belive it or not. and yes i couldnt agree more about the poor decision making from a supposed "MD" thier.. like no, haha, thats extremely UN-proffesional on his behalf. but i wish you and your family the best of faith and hope, as well clintons new family . i may be wrong but i swear it was him that was showing me a lil new born that had just recently been born.. so if thats the case ill add he? or she to my nightly prayers list... thank you for your time and post, i agree 100%, Always-

Beware!

All they want is your money. Staff are racist and hold no one to any accountability. If you want to be faced with drugs daily and have no repercussions for using here is the place to be, but then told what is inappropriate to wear and getting 'in trouble' for that. Once your 28 days are up leave or they will actually find minor excuses to get you out, so the money can come in from the next victim. Recovery Works has a lot of damage control that needs to be done. While I was they're I was aware of 3 people wanting to file law suits. Beware please if you love your family member you will not send them here.

I currently have a family member in treatment here, so I hope to give it 5++ stars in a few weeks. Don't base a decision about getting treatment here from their website - the pictures on their site are only doing a disservice. The staff is warm and empathetic. Very willing to work with you and your family and whatever situation you're presently in.

Ask to be given a tour of the facility before deciding....be sure someone gives you a complete tour. If they tell you that you cannot see anything because of HIPPA, that is true, but you are able to see more than the reception area!!

excellent program

My wife has had a drinking problem for years and Recovery Works being small was a very supportive environment and assisted her and the family into recovery. The facility is beautiful and new. The program is excellent and being unlocked and open made it not feel like an institution.
