I only wish this could go into negative stars!!! I had an appointment for between 8 AM and Noon today on a warranty service air conditioner repair. I made repeated calls from 11:30 AM until 3PM attempting to get updates. I was told the technician was delayed on another service call but was assured that he would be responding to address my call by 5 PM today. I advised the woman at J & B Heating and Cooling that I was now taking time off work to continue to wait and was they sure that he would be out today. Again I was assured that he would be out to address the problem. At 5:30 PM I was contacted by the office person J & B Heating and Cooling requesting if they could reschedule. She would not even consider making me a priority appointment for the morning even though I had waited all day for them to come out. They were going to try to get to me in the afternoon after another service call. I called my home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) to express my displeasure with how this was handled. The supervisor requested that I allow them to reassign it back to J & B Heating and Cooling and let them handle the issue since I had an appointment with them already and in exchange he would send J & B Heating and Cooling a work order advising the call out fee of $45.00 was waived.



I contacted the J & B Heating and Cooling and spoke with the woman I had been speaking with all day. I advised her that I would be keeping the appointment for tomorrow (5-21-15) and that the home warranty company would be resending the work order and waiving the $45.00 call out fee. Within minutes of disconnecting the call I received another call from J & B Heating and Cooling. This was a male (assuming the owner) asking me quote "Now what in the hell are they telling you?" I advised him again what the supervisor at the warranty company had stated. The male from J & B Heating and Cooling stated "Well what does that mean?" I told him that it meant that I was no longer responsible for paying the call out fee to him. He then began screaming into the phone "Well then I'm not F---ing coming out there then. If I don't get the service fee I'm not coming out. I don't F---ing work for them, they can't tell me what to F---ing do. You need to call them and tell them to assign somebody else to do it because I ain't F---ing coming." He then hung up on me.



This is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever had to deal with! With his attitude and lack of business ethics / proper customer service I am glad he did not come out. If is work ethic is anything like his people / customer service skills I may have been in worse shape with my A/C repair than I already am.



I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware of J&B Heating and Cooling LLC
