I have been using Paws Here Awhile for over two years now, and want to share what a great experience it has been each and every time. The staff (Sue 1, Sue 2, Sam and Carol) are fantastic, and I always have peace of mind when Parker is there. I travel for work frequently and whether short or long trips- Parker is always Happy when I drop him off and looks great when I pick him up. Paws Here Awhile is top-notch and am so thankful to have a great place, close to home, for Parker to stay!

Paws here awhile offers a reasonable place for boarding. Slightly higher price then most and has many additional charges automatically included. Not recommended for cutting hair.

Great pet resort for extremely particular owners!
My dogs are my children and I have been boarding my "kids" at Paws Here Awhile for more than 12 years because it is the one place I can take them and then actually go away and enjoy my vacation knowing that my dogs are being taken care of as well as they would be at home. I have older, special needs dogs and I cannot explain enough how great the staff at the resort have always been in regards to taking care of my dogs and providing updates when I call to check in on them during their stay. I have not found any pet resort in the area to come close to the quality of care my dogs get from Paws Here Awhile.

I have been using Paws Here Awhile Pet Resort since they opened. 5 of my dogs have had many wonderful vacations here over the years. This resort is especially good with senior pets that need special care. The rooms are roomy, the facility clean and the staff are focused on the physical and mental well being of the pets they care for. My dogs are always excited to vacation at this resort. I would not go anywhere else.

My sister boarded her dog Mindy there and we just loved the entire overall experience..I have 3 cats that will be vacationing there with Mindy during our 7 day cruise..so glad to have found Paws Awhile. Looking forward to a worry free voyage🚢

I have boarded my beagle here for 7 yrs. my husband and I moved to PA 10 yrs ago. I went to many kennels and was not happy with any that my dog stayed at. My dog is my baby so I wanted a place that was warm, open, clean, good vibes and with people who were happy to see my crazy beagle. I was asking for alot I know, but I wanted to have good vibes when I walked in. You know the feeling. Follow it. This place has that! They even let me take my beagle to her room and get her set up. The other places I had visited would not. They are very transparent with their facility and I liked that. It is a beautiful place in a wonderful setting for these pets. Love it! Highly recommend it!

My dogs and I have been customers with Paws Here Awhile Pet Resort since the early 2000's. They are our first choice for boarding. I book our dog's stay at Paws Here Awhile the same day I book our summer vacation to ensure she can stay there. The personnel here truly care for your pet's well-being. I have boarded young, crazy pups, dogs in their primes, and older dogs that needed extra TLC/had medical issues that needed extra attention and I have been extremely happy with the care given in all these cases. I can confidently enjoy my vacation knowing my fur baby is so well taken care of and loved during my absence. The facilities at Paws Here Awhile are top notch. I give Paws Here Awhile Pet Resort the highest rating possible in all areas.

We First Saw Geno At Paws, Rescue Dog!! We Found Our Love!!! We Fell For The Poodle, Terrier Geno- Paws Was Great to Our Geno- He Is Very Loving, And Was Very Social, He Has Been To Paws Often- Loves The Other Animals & Staff-I would Recommend Anyone To Go & Experience The Joy!! 1 Person Named Bonnie Evans M- Found Geno For Us At Paws-A Very Well Adjusted Dog And Took To Us Right Away!! We’ve been boarding our golden doodle with Paws Here Awhile since she was a puppy. We always have piece of mind that she is in very good hands!

Would not recommend them.Only due to not being truthful. Injured my 7 month old puppy then tried to cover it up. Wouldn't return calls for over a week. Vet confirmed the injury. They have deleted their leave reviews on Facebook because I left this comment there also. If the owner/manager had not tried to cover it up I would've understood. But every employee had different story. But I have pictures and vet bills with vet report to prove. Truth goes a long way.
