Provided by YP.comGreat experience! A group of friends and I decided to come in here for a spa day, and it was amazing. We all had gel pedicures either OPI gel/ Mood gel (changes color in hot and cold). The technicians also do a phenomenal job on callus removal. We had either full sets or Gel polish on our hands. They have a variety of artificial tips. They carry colored French tips, glitter tips, pre-designed French tips (zebra and leopard). We always get gel on top, due to the fact that it's better quality than acrylic. They also supply the most beautiful 3D nail art as well as Swarovski crystals that go on the full nail. The wax service, eyebrow tinting, and individual lashes are spectacular. Would definitely recommend this place! And we'll definitely be coming back! *only place that does butterfly French tips! Always ask for gel!

Provided by YP.comIf possible I would give a negative rating. My boyfriend's daughter's nails looked like a two year old had done it and then they charged quite a bit more than what was told to me on the phone. When I called I was told by the owner that it would be $35/person for a gel manicure and pedicure and three of us went. When we were done, after having to have one of the girls' nails redone on a couple, we were charged $218!!! The owner lady then told me that the gel was extra, well one of them didn't have gel and she said that the matte finish was extra too. Not what I was told on the phone when I called. Not to mention how very unprofessional they were on top of the lack of knowledge or skill. If I could, I would post a picture of one of the girl's nails. None of them were great at all. We were trying to go out, have fun and get our nails done for a vacation and now we are all upset and wishing we had gone elsewhere. I have never had it cost so much or been so disappointed.

Provided by YP.comIf possible, I would give this place less than one star. I purchased gift certificates for mother's day and two days later my mother went in to redeem hers. She was told that the certificate was not from there. After a phone call in which the woman working there told me she did not know anyone else who worked there (I later learned the man I purchased the certificates from was her husband) and being hung up on, I went down to the store to speak with someone in person. The lady who I had spoken to on the phone was extremely rude and told me that I could have gotten that certificate anywhere. Even after showing my receipt, clearly showing the name of the establishment, I was unable to get my money back. She told me that I would have to come back when the person I bought the certificate from was there. What type of establishment sells certificates and then will not honor them? How would anyone know the certificates are for one particular person when there is no name on there and it was not stated as being a policy beforehand? This couple is not running a reputable establishment. I would definitely think twice before going to this salon.
