They do not care about fixing issues that I did not have before the did their work, even though it's under warranty. I have called or contacted them in some way over 10 times and no one has been out to resolve the issue. I guess once they have your money and pics ,they stop caring.

Very, Very, Very Happy!

From start to finish, the experience very nice. Alfonso R. was on time to the consultation, listened to what I wanted and gave me a brief overview of what the job would entail. After receiving the estimate and agreeing to do the work, the crew was on time, friendly and worked. They understood what I wanted and made it happen. Although it was more expensive than what I wanted to spend for my backyard project, it was well worth it. It did take longer than what I wanted and was quoted. But their work shows me that they really cared about giving me what I wanted and the longevity of my backyard. I recommend them to everyone and would work with them again

Alphascapes created and landscapes two areas in our yard, and we were very pleased with the results. A few of the plants did not survive for reasons which were not apparent, and Alphascapes replanted them.

This was our first time using a landscaping company, so we were a bit unfamiliar with how things are done. Alphonso with Alphascapes was extremely knowledgable and able to answer any and all questions. He gave advice on appropriate plants for our goals and for the Georgetown soil and climate. When our initial design was a bit more pricey than we had planned, Alphonso patiently helped us to scale it back until it suited our budget without compromising on the outcome. His men worked as a team, and it was obvious that there was good communication between them and that they had a lot of experience. They prepared a bed along the back fenceline to give us privacy and in the process changed the existing irrigation for the area to drip while tying it in to the existing lines. We had some hiccups due to weather delays and availability of plants this late in the season, but Alphonso always did his best to get his crew here as soon as possible. He also was flexible in acquiring substitutions and in moving plants and placing them in the best locations. One of the most notable aspects of the Alphascapes team was their professionalism and integrity. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
