I know last night 7/6 was a rainy evening and the ditch was super muddy in the middle of 130. Hydroplaning is no joke! I know it could’ve been much worse for sure and I truly feel blessed but gouged at the same time. The officer got Cen-Tex towing for me but is $611 to pull a car out of that ditch sound reasonable to you, it really didn’t take that long? Grateful to be safely home and trying not to look back however, $611 is a chunk of change for an already fully panicked individual. Blessings

The towing was fast, efficient, and reasonable. The owner is honest, careful, and helpful with insurance. The unpleasant experience of my car breaking down was offset by the friendly and helpful owner.
