The city government administers a human resources department that implements and manages the recruitment and selection of permanent and temporary employees. The department also designs and administers the employee benefits programs, produces internal communications and coordinates worker recognition programs. The city government s utility office handles disconnects and payments for water, electricity, garbage, wastewater and stormwater drainage services. Additionally, the office reads utility meters and mails bills to customers every month.
