Using this company was not a pleasant experience. It took 2 1/2 months to get my small order of t-shirts. I was not aware of how long it would take when I ordered them. I tried to get specific costs in advance and it was difficult to get answers. I had to continue to call to see when my order was completed. It was also very hard to find. Customer service should be at the forefront of every business. She could have had many more orders from me but because it was such a horrible experience I will find another place to go.

These other reviews are spot on. Big orders are her focus, otherwise you wait and wait and are treated more rudely than any other businessperson would ever treat you. Take your business someplace else where you will be treated professionally and courteously.

Yes, terrible customer service!!! I wouldn't waste any time here. Pam is unprofessional and I'm surprised they are still in business!

Worst customer service I've ever come across. Owner is a very rude, bitter old lady who only thinks of her large orders, smaller orders are not important nor her problem. Will make certain she doesn't offend anyone else with her rude remarks and poor service.
