This company was supposed to come and take care of my grandfather after he got out of an inpatient rehab. He got out on a Thursday and they told us they would come Friday....they never showed up. Then told us they would come out on Saturday.....they never showed up. I tried to call them Saturday afternoon and a nurse called me and told me she would call right back to see what the problem was........she never called me back.



I would never trust such an unreliable company to take care of any of my family members EVER AGAIN!!!!! When I called to see what the problem was for Friday the office staff was RUDE, SHORT, and completely lacked any sense of customer service!
