Provided by YP.comSure, once you lower your price about 25% below the fair market value and invest tens of thousands of dollars they might decide to actually show your home...dont make the same mistake we did that cost us thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars. Find a homeless person on the highway, they will do a much more professional job and actually try to sell your home....
