Avoid !!!



“Insults customer” “Fails to admit damage”



I went to pick up my suit from this place today. My suit buttons were missing, two of them. When I told the guy, the first reaction from him was “the buttons must be missing “before” I brought my suit in”. I told him that, that is “insulting”, as if I brought my already missing buttons suit to dry cleaner, so that .. what? I can get a free service or claim on my buttons? Is this world so stupid??



I didn’t even ask my money back. This has nothing to do with money or buttons! It’s an honesty I’m talking about. If his first reaction was “sorry, I will try to find them” and if he couldn’t, I would understand that this thing can happen. He can’t just start by insulting customer to get away with his responsibility. That is unacceptable.



Your clothes damage, which could happen at any dry cleaner, but do “avoid” “rude and dishonest” customer services from this place!!
