This place is terible l called ask them how long usualy take the get a eye glasses they told me day or two when we went there they told us two weeks now it had been 6 weeks we have not gotten glasses yet l just called now they are saying two more weeks this place is just a west of time and money

Terrible experience. After going to Walmart and Costco for the last several times I got glasses, I decided to try another provider in the Germantown area. I chose My Eye Dr. They are very nice and accommodating when you are still undecided but once I decided to use them, it was downhill from there. During the examination they tried to up sell me on an eye procedure called a retina photo, for an added cost, making you feel that it's imperative for a thorough eye exam. Not true and misleading. When I was done, they said the glasses would take about a week. So a week later I call to check and I'm told that it's not ready yet and perhaps in two days. I call back in two days and I'm told it's not ready and perhaps in two days. I call back in two days and I'm told it's not ready and the reason is that the glasses were broken when being made and that it would take perhaps another week. I asked why, 11 days after ordering, and having called for the third time am I just now finding out that there was a problem with the glasses being made? And that this is something that they should have known and informed me much sooner. No acceptable answer nor an attempt to reassure me. I got the glasses twice as long as should have taken and they were deceptive about why. When I went to pick up the glasses I shared my dissatisfaction with the person giving me the glasses and she seemingly empathized saying I definitely have a legitimate concern and said she would have the manager a call me. It's been several months and no call from the manager yet. My experience leads me to believe that they are more concern with getting you money and not your complete satisfaction and providing great customer service. Never will I go back there or recommend My Eye Doctor in Germantown. Too many other eye places to have to settle for this poor provider.
