Provided by YP.comThese guys are the best! I have been using them for years because it is rare to find a garage you can truly trust. Over those years it has more than paid off in honest advice on what needed to get done and what could wait, all the while never pressuring me into a decision and always taking the time to explain everything to me. Their vehicle report card, which rates the condition of certain areas of you vehicle when you bring it in, has been a great tool in giving me a heads up on when I need to replace certain things and therefore spend more. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and everyone had walked away with a positive experience.

Provided by YP.comI am so impressed by by the team at Precision Auto in Germantown. They explained the needed service clearly, dropped me at my doctor appointment while they serviced my car (then picked me up,) and my car runs better than it has in years. First class service all the way.

Provided by YP.comOn 12/30/2008, my husband and I went to Precision Auto in Germantown, Maryland to talk about a previous auto service. The owner of the shop did not appreciated our honesty about the fact my car was having the same issues with the washer fluid. The shop owner got upset with us and refused to work on my car, and demanded that we leave the shop. He escorted us out of the office and then he locked the door behind us. The hour was 2:00 pm.
The shop owner has very poor manager skills, and poor people skills. He was very unprofessional, rude, and unethical in treating customers. We do not recommend Precision Auto to any one in Germantown area.
