EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE - Ordered $350 HD DVR Receiver. A technician from SmarTV came out for $199 and he told us in order to receive channels we had to pay for an additional tool that cost $299. We had a different technician come directly from DirecTV that same day and he fixed our receiver just by reinstalling the cable plugs.



After requesting a refund from SmarTV - their technician was clearly unable to do his job - I got the run around from different the two employees -Carla and Myra . It took two weeks for me to FINALLY get in touch with the Owner. During this time I was even told I was speaking with a "Stephanie" - I guess thats when Carla or Myra got tired of speaking with me - Later to find out that there is no Stephanie at SmarTV. The owner said that he felt disrespected that I would even imply that his employees would make up a name. The conversation was pointless and we changed DirecTV distributors ASAP!!!!!



I Would not recommend this service to ANYONE!
