I have heard great things about Robert Brown and was very excited to give this place a try. However, the lady who scheduled my appointment on the phone (her name is Roanna) is extremely rude. I don't pay hundreds of dollars for rude service. I am a new client and was explained to on the phone that he is usually booked 6 weeks out, but was still asked what date I was looking for. I specifically said a date which was the day before I graduated. She said she could get me in on that date, as long as it was before 5.



The day of the appointment I booked, I called to ask a question. Robert answered and apologized. He said there must have been some confusion because I was booked for the next Thursday. He was very nice and we were trying to figure out how to coordinate this misunderstanding, when Roanna's voice suddenly came on the phone. She took the phone out of his hands and started arguing with me!! She said she explained all of this to me and that I told her the wrong date. She also said she remembered me cancelling because they didn't have my date available!! Does this make any sense? Why would I have her put me down the week after my graduation? I am getting my Masters in Nursing and have worked very hard. I have known my graduation date for two years now, there is no way I mixed up the date... and as a nurse who also works two restaurant jobs on the side, I keep a very organized planner.



I completely understand misunderstandings and that mistakes happen, but there is never an excuse for someone to be rude and argue with a customer who is about to spend good money for several hair services (and I am restaurant worker who tips the stylist generously). Roanna should take a class in customer service. Hairobert just lost a customer. I hope keeping that rude receptionist is worth it, because they will lose others too if that is how she treats people.

I don't trust very many people to cut my hair, but Robert at hairobert did the most amazing job on my hair.

My hair is CURLY

I never knew I had curly hair until I went to Robert at Hairobert. I had been fighting with unmanageable waves and trying to keep it flat my whole life, spending time and money on dryers, curling irons, flatteners and even perms. Robert gave me a perfect cut 2 years ago, giving me HAIR FREEDOM. Everyday now I simply wash it, spritz with gel and walk out the door. My hair looks like I spent $250 on a perm. I love Robert and highly recommend him to any girl with wavy or curly hair.
