Save your time and go somewhere else.

Provided by YP.comWhen I originally walked in I thought for sure I was not going to find my dress there, it was a little dated in decor and the women working there were quite old (no offense), but to my surprise, the Jasmine gowns they had were quite lovely. They need to get larger sample sizes as bridal tends to run small, but overall I was quite pleased with the selection of styles and the prices. I also ended up getting my dress there despite my first impressions. I would recommend at least checking it out, I went in with low expectations and ended up finding the dress of my dreams!

Provided by YP.comBeratti Bridal has been terrible. I bought my wedding dress in November and was told that it would be in at the end of March. This gave me more than enough time to alter my dress plus a few months. I heard through my wedding planner that the store was going though some troubles so I called twice in March and Feb to ensure all was well. March came and went and I heard nothing. I then spoke to Mary who decided to push my dress to the summer, without ever consulting me! She said she didn't feel I needed it yet. Then we worked it out so that would get the dress by end of April. Now I have called and the staff has told me the dress is set to come in mid August. I can not trust ANYTHING the owner has told me. I have vowed that I will tell every bride I can NOT to go to Beratti. I have gone through so much stress that was completely unnecessary and have yet to get my dress that I ordered 7 months ago.
Please go to Eva's Bridal or Images of Racine, they have been SO helpful through this situation!

Provided by YP.comthe worst store ever. I went to a bridal expo and they were handing out 15% off coupons for mother of the brides. I went there knowing which dress I wanted and the price. The price for this particular dress was $375.00 at several other stores. The price at this store was $453.00. When I told her that I could get it cheaper at another store she stated that I was full of it. She looked on line and seen the other prices and said "well I have over head, employees and rent to pay". So do the other stores. I said I will have to take my business else where. Here comment was what ever floats your boat. She jacks her prices up then takes off for coupons. Very rude. The owner does not deserve to be in sales with that personality. Plus she is ripping people off
I never told her she was "full of it". We carry only genuine Jasmine dresses and maybe, I am not sure but she could have been dealing with another brand of dress? It is her right to purchase anywhere she wants so I don't know why she is saying this. And no I do not jack up my prices to accommodate sales discounts. I hope she received the dress she wanted and got it at the price she was interested in.

Provided by YP.comI loved Beratti. I have recommended every bride I meet to go there. First time I went in there just looking for a slip to remake my moms dress with the owner was excitedto help me made me an appointment and brought my moms dress in to try on slips with they were giving me all the time I needed knowing I wasn't going to purchase a dress there which is pretty Great in this industry. In the end I did change my mind and wanted to try on dresses. I was there for 3 hours and left without a purchase and came back two days later tried on a couple more and purchased a dress. No one ever rushed me I felt very taken care of! I have walked in a number of times since to look at accessories dresses for my mom and so on every time I go in I have great service!

Provided by YP.comI will never set foot into this bridal salon again. The owner was very rude to me. She said she spent 5 hours with me and expected to be paid (meaning I should have bought my dress there) after I told her that I bought my dress elsewhere but wanted to look at veils and bridesmaid dresses. I am a pretty strong lady, but she made me feel so awful that I cried when I left!
This lady called me and I held a dress for her with a non refundable deposit. She called the day in question and said she was coming in to purchase the dress. When she arrived she let us know she purchased somewhere else and wanted to use the non refundable deposit for a veil or moms dress. I told her that she was more than welcome to look at Moms dresses or accessories but I wanted to put the dress back on the rack. I don't believe I was rude but I was taken aback. She decided to walk out and I couldnt figure out why she didnt come back in. We are human as well and would like to help everyone to the best of our abilities. We don't like being lied to either. Maybe she felt badly because she knew she called in the morning and told us she was coming back in, maybe she felt guilty for what she did?
