We went to look at the Rv's that they had and fell in love with one of them on the lot,Ken said that he would stop by our house and look at our Rv for a trade in . We decided to trade Rv's with Ken and there was a few things wrong with the other Rv and Ken & Cindy went above and beyond just to make sure that we were happy I was very happy with the quality of work that was done to the RV I would bring my RV there any time thanks again !

Yeah Well He took my 39 foot trailer on consignment sold it to someone and took off with my money. I've been trying to get my money since September. Called the Chautauqua County Sheriff and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it I've got the state Attorney General and the state police involved now. I also tried my insurance company but everyone says its just missing not stolen. CROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I BOUGHT A NEWER USED POP-UP ON MAY 10TH. THEY SAID TO COME BACK IN A WEEK TO GET TRUCK WIRED AND AT THAT TIME MY PLATES ETC. WOULD BE READY. WELL WHEN I GOT THERE THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS A LIEN ON THE CAMPER AND THEY COULD NOT GET THE PLATES FOR ME. ( SCAM 1)



THEY SAID I COULD USE A PLATE THEY HAD PUT ON THE CAMPER UNTIL THE LIEN WAS PAID. WHICH WOULD ONLY BE A VERY SHORT TIME!! WHAT COULD I DO, THE CHECK HAD CLEARED THE BANK. THEY HAD THE CASH IN THEIR HANDS.



I BROUGHT IT HOME AND CALLED THE STATE POLICE, THEY SAID THE PLATE WAS REGISTERED TO A BLACK UTILITY TRAILER, AND COULD NOT BE USED ON MY TRAILER. ( SCAM2 )



THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY!! (SCAM3)



I PUT IN A COMPLAINT REPORT TO THE NEW YORK STATE MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION OF VEHICLE SAFETY.

THEY HAVE A SPECIAL UNIT THAT INVESTIGATES FRAUD CASES SUCH AS THIS. WHEN THEY ARE DONE

I HOPE THEY CLOSE THAT FLIM FLAM OUTFIT DOWN. AND JAIL THE CROOKS. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY OWN PLATES, IT IS JUNE 13TH AND NOTHING. I HOPE THEY ENJOY MY MONEY.
