THEY ARE LIERS!!!!! my husband took ,y wedding dress there 5 yrs ago to get dry cleaned, and vaccum packed to preserve it. i just finally opened it the other day and to my surpise it is dirty and it was just scruched up in the one side of the box. NOT EVEN VACCUM SEALED!!!! my husband spent $230 to get this done and for what A BOX unbelievable!!!!!
