Awful! Rude, unprofessional, and they left empty bottles on my porch when they were supposed to take them and credit me for them. The cooler was delivered dirty and very used looking. I understand why they make you sign a contract. I wanted to cancel after the first month. Called at least 5 or 6 times about issues in the year I used them. I highly do NOT recommend them.

I have been a customer for 25 years in Jan.2016.The company has been fantastic.Nothing to complain about in all the years I have been with them.If I could I would definitely give them more than a 5 star rating because they certainly deserve it.

STAY AWAY! They are inconsistent, not professional and unfriendly! I used a previous company for the same service and never had a problem. Once that company was bought by Roaring Spring Water it has been nothing but problems! I would seek a different business than Roaring Spring Water!
