Horrible, we were the only ppl in site, yet they REFUSED to hold onto my card and run the pumps and was completely ignorant about whether or not the rest of MY own money would be put back on my card immediately or if we have to wait 7 to 10 business days! No manager and no knowledge of whether or not I'd even ever get the rest of my money back because the amount I put on the card didn't all fit in the gas tank! This may be your policy but you don't have to be rude about it. Needless to say, because of this experience I will be voiding ALL shell stations from here on out! I'm just irate and in a horrible mood now due to the lack of friendliness from the person working!
