My Mom came into tbe ER by Hospital from het Dr. Office for a heart problem. Whike she was waitibg for tests to come back. She was waiting while I was there for a few hours. Duribg that time no obe checked in on her. Several times she hit the call Button for help too see uf ahe could get a glass if water. The first 3 times no one came or checked in. But you could hear the girl reset the call light. The 4th time she hit the call light I could hear the girl at the desk say im not answering or getting that. So one other girl came in and my Mom asked if she could have a drink or maybe some food. She said she had to check with Doctor. The girl was vary rude. Its been another hour and she still has not come back. I know she talked to the Dr. over 30 minutes ago.
