Absolutely terrible. By far The most unprofessional staff of medical professionals I've ever seen. Whatever her name is walking around slamming doors yelling at the wrong person, when she found out how expensive the medicine was that your staff sent out. You sent my dog medicine out via USPS with no tracking number and you want me to pay for it again when I paid you $200 that day just for an exam and the medicine was supposed to be here 3 weeks ago ??? Tomorrow is December and I still don't have my medicine for my dog I don't think it's coming.....The visit was back on November 5th no medicine, no follow up no calls no nothing nobody there cares.Well let me tell you I care about my dog I love my dog. Dr Tucker I just hope you're responsible when I contact the Illinois Department of Professional regulation and the Illinois American Veterinary Association on you and a few other agencies as well all I asked you for was my medicine for my dog and you couldn't deliver I paid for it once , yet you want me to pay twice for it when I paid once I never got it I want you to prove that that medicine was delivered to my house by a tracking number if you mailed that medicine without having a tracked that's your problem not mine I'm not the one who's going to be out $150 because of your incompetent staff just know this isn't over by a long shot
