Maxem properties and Kitchens by Maxem, both operated by Rich Eakin and his sons, have been terrible to work with. It has been one delay and excuse after another. I have never before experienced such terrible service from a company. There is constant family bickering and name calling, very unprofessional. They are truly a one man show, and that one man often never shows up. Very disappointed in Maxem!! Use someone else to build your home or renovate your kitchen.
