Pine-Richland Middle School is a coeducational institution that enrolls more than 950 students in grades six through eight. It offers a variety of academic courses, including mathematics, science, social studies, language arts, foreign languages and physical education. The school provides opportunities for its students to participate in athletic activities, such as football, soccer, track, skating, field hockey and cross country. It offers a variety of special services, such as gifted and talented education, guidance, counseling, health screenings and special education. Additionally, the school provides several extracurricular activities and student clubs, such as drama and ecology clubs, a jazz band, student council, peer tutoring and talent shows. The middle school is administered by the Pine-Richland School District and is located in Gibsonia, Pa.
