I use to go to this nail salon alot and Sandy was great. This last experience was the last straw I'm never going back. I wanted shellac on my toes and they acted like I was asking for something impossible. It took them 20 minutes to remove the shellac I already had on my toes. The lady that did my pedicure used a drill to remove the shellac which isn't the most ideal way to have it removed. She didn't really know what she was doing, they all seamed very confused about the situation. The pedicure was probably the worst I've every received in my life. She only massaged my legs for like 30 seconds and she used only cuticle oil. She probably massaged my feet for 10 seconds. GET IT TOGETHER SANDY.
