This place is a disgrace to our community. They pay these woman 10 cents a day to work in a business. Its government paid program that teaches these woman a skill and trade.Why not do community service and education. That's what they should spend our tax dollars on. Who said they deserve this. Its a corrections facility not a rehab center. They shouldn't do that. What about the other small business that pay there taxes and give jobs in the community. We need to circulate money in our community. If It such a great program why don't they charge at a competitive price. And where does the profit go?
